Thinkwise opens a new head office and launches its new growth strategy
Apeldoorn, 11 June 2019 – On 14 June Thinkwise will officially open the doors of its new head office at Ovenbouwershoek 9 in Apeldoorn. The opening also marks the start of a new phase in the history of the low-code software company, with a shift in focus on building new partnerships and international growth. The official opening will be performed by Jeroen Joon, Alderman of Economic Affairs in the city of Apeldoorn.
During its first 17 years, Thinkwise was located in “Het Nieuwe Kantoor” (The New Office) in Apeldoorn. During this time the low-code software market expanded enormously, and Thinkwise has secured a unique position in this market.
A new strategic direction is needed to be able to facilitate the increasing demand for the Thinkwise :Low-Code Platform. Moreover, the office building became too small to accommodate the growing number of employees. Therefore, on 14 June Thinkwise will present both its new spacious headquarters as well as its vision on the future for the successful Apeldoorn-based software company.
International ambitions
In the coming years Thinkwise wants to grow into a leading internationally operating low-code platform supplier. The company is heavily investing in increasing its staffing levels, supporting partners with an online Learn & Support platform, an online community, and opening offices in Germany and the United States.
Robert van der Linden, Thinkwise CEO, explains: “The opening of our new office is in line with our evolution as an organization. We expect our current number of around 150 employees to double in the coming years. This will enable us to better support our partners and accelerate the development of the Thinkwise Platform.”
Thinkwise House, as the new office has been named, is easily accessible by car and public transport and offers ample space for training, presentations and events for customers and business relations. The festive opening will commence with three presentations, followed by the official opening by Jeroen Joon, the Apeldoorn Alderman of Economic Affairs.
